US President Donald Trump claims that Ukraine has agreed not to strike Russian energy facilities.

Details: Trump wrote on Truth Social that the rise in global diesel fuel prices "is mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine war, not Iran".
He claimed that Ukraine has agreed not to strike Russian energy facilities.
