Ukrainian drones attack oil depot in Rostov Oblast

An oil depot in Russia's Rostov Oblast was attacked by drones on the night of 23-24 September.

Details: The oblast's governor Yurii Sliusar claimed that Russian air defence had shot down Ukrainian drones in the city of Taganrog, as well as in the Kagalnytskyi and Neklinovskyi districts of the oblast.

He reported that office buildings at the oil depot in the Kagalnytskyi district were damaged due to "falling drone debris". No casualties or fires were reported.

A fire also broke out at an unspecified plant in Krasnodar Krai following a drone attack.

Background: As of 21 September, Ukrainian forces have knocked out more than 45% of Russia's oil refining capacity following a recent strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery.
