Russia strikes warehouses belonging to supermarket chain in Kyiv Oblast

A Russian attack damaged two warehouse facilities belonging to ATB, a major Ukrainian supermarket chain, in the Brovary district of Kyiv Oblast, and fires broke out at the site.

Details: ATB's press service confirmed that the warehouses belonged to its chain, Forbes Ukraine reported.

A radiation, chemical and biological protection unit was working at the site. Emergency workers recorded a slight increase in the concentration of ammonia directly in the fire zone.

No elevated concentrations were detected outside the area, including in Brovary. According to the State Emergency Service, there is no threat to the life or health of the population.

Residents have been advised to keep windows and doors closed, spend as little time outdoors as possible and switch off air conditioners until the situation improves.
