Russia attacks railway facility in Vinnytsia Oblast

Russian forces struck a railway infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia Oblast, leaving more than 15,000 consumers without power on the morning of 29 September.

Details: Emergency services are working at the site and response efforts to deal with the aftermath of the attack are ongoing.

According to Zabolotna, no casualties were reported as a result of the strike.

Background: Russian drones attacked Vinnytsia Oblast early on 20 September, damaging a railway infrastructure facility. A fire broke out at that time, which was extinguished by firefighters and no casualties were reported.
