Russian attacks on Rivne and oblast: student accommodation and residential buildings damaged

Russian forces have struck the city of Rivne and Rivne Oblast, damaging student accommodation, houses and non-residential infrastructure facilities.

Quote: "Rivne has come under attack a few minutes ago.

A non-residential building has been damaged.

Early reports indicate that no one has been injured."

Details: Koval also urged residents of nearby buildings to move to a safe distance of at least 100 metres.

He later reported that the Russians had also attacked the Sarny district.

Update: Koval said several strikes had hit a disused industrial facility in the Sarny district.

Civilian infrastructure was also damaged, including student accommodation and residential buildings.
