Details: The governments of both countries believe that the conference should serve as a platform to mobilise international support for Ukraine. Given the circumstances, international partners must focus on ensuring Ukraine's resilience in the face of Russian attacks.

Quote: "Ukraine needs the strongest possible support from its international partners, coordinated efforts and swift decisions. Resources are needed immediately to address the challenges at hand: protecting the energy sector, keeping the economy functioning, ensuring connectivity and maintaining transport and critical infrastructure."

Details: The governments of Estonia and Ukraine expect the conference to yield concrete solutions, clear financial commitments and assistance mechanisms that can be deployed as early as this winter.

The ministries of economy and foreign affairs of both countries have been designated as responsible for preparation and have already been instructed to accelerate work to achieve tangible practical results.
