Zelenskyy's fourth defence minister: why the president is replacing Oleksii Reznikov with Rustem Umierov
On 5 September, the Ukrainian parliamentremoved Oleksii Reznikov from the position of Defence Minister with a constitutional majority, and Zelenskyy nominated Rustem Umierov for the appointment of Minister of Defence. Ukrainska Pravda found out why this replacement took so long, what will happen to Reznikov, who else was applying for the position of the Defence Minister, and why the president opted for Umierov.
