Due to damage to main lines during hostilities in the Zhytomyr and Zaporizhia oblasts [regions], subscribers of 12 oblast centres are experiencing a decrease in Internet access speeds. These are Kherson, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn and Zakarpattia regions.

Quote: "Priority of Internet access in these areas is given to the services of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, public authorities and social infrastructure. The company's specialists are making every effort to repair damaged sections of the highway. We ask subscribers in these areas to understand this difficult situation."

Minor restrictions on international Internet traffic also continue due to damage to infrastructure. The company's specialists are actively working to overcome this limitation in the next day or two.

The company emphasises that telephone services do not impose any restrictions and are available to subscribers.
