Russian army fires at six railway stations, the damage is severe - head of Ukrzaliznytsia

On Tuesday evening, Russian troops struck six stations in central and western Ukraine.

This was reported by Oleksandr Kamyshin, the head of Ukrzaliznytsia [UZ], the national railway company.

It is reported that according to the latest information, there are no casualties among the railway workers or passengers.

Kamyshin said that 14 passenger trains had been delayed. The first of them have already left, and the rest will leave within 2 hours, he said.

"The damage to the infrastructure is severe. Details will be clarified after the air raid alert is over", said Kamyshin.

According to the Lviv Regional Military Administration, railway substations in the city have been damaged. In addition, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko said that two hits were recorded in the Kamianskyi district which have severely damaged the railway infrastructure.

Also, two missiles fired from the Caspian area hit railway infrastructure in the Kirovohrad region; there are dead and wounded, as Suspilne was informed by the "Pivden" ["South"] Operational Command.

The Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration reported that a rocket hit one of the railway substations near the Volovets railway station. Information about the casualties is being clarified.
