Russia has launched a missile strike on an infrastructure facility in Odesa Oblast on the morning of Thursday, 17 November.

Quote from Marchenko: "The enemy has carried out a missile strike on an infrastructure facility in [Odesa] Oblast.

There is a threat of a large-scale missile strike on all of Ukraine. I urge the residents of the oblast to remain in shelters."

Details: Dumskaya and Suspilne, two Ukrainian media outlets, earlier reported that an explosion rang out in Odesa Oblast.
