Ukraine recovers bodies of 42 fallen defenders

The bodies of 42 dead soldiers were brought back to Ukraine on 27 December.

Details: The operation was carried out with the cooperation of Oleg Kotenko, Commissioner for Persons Missing Under Special Circumstances, and a number of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.

A total of 869 bodies have been recovered since the beginning of the work of the Commissioner's Office.
