Ukrainian troops advance even further near Robotyne and Klishchiivka settlements – ISW

Ukrainian troops continued to advance south of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast and near Bakhmut on 10 September.

Details: Geolocation images released on 10 September show that Ukrainian troops have advanced east of the settlement of Novoprokopivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Oleksandr Shtupun, Spokesman for the Joint Press Centre of the Tavriia Operational and Strategic Group of Forces, noted that Ukrainian troops are continuing to advance near the settlement of Robotyne and they have liberated 1.5 square kilometres of territory on this front.

In addition, Illia Yevlash, Spokesman for the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that Ukrainian forces had made gains near Klishchiivka, Donetsk Oblast.

Moreover, Ukraine’s 2nd mechanised battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade also announced on 9 September that it had pushed Russian forces out from some unspecified area on the Bakhmut front.

Russian troops also conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near Bakhmut on 10 September.
