Quote from Sybiha: "Ukraine is defending its independence based on the right of self-defence in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter. And Russia must clearly understand that today and in the future, there will be no safe place for them, and that Ukrainian weapons and Ukrainian forces will reach any military targets on their territory. We have proved the power of Ukrainian weapons."

Background:

  • US Vice President JD Vance has said the Trump administration is discussing the possibility of supplying Ukraine with Tomahawk cruise missiles.
  • He said the issue is being discussed, but the final decision rests with Trump.
