Ukraine's intelligence wipes out National Guard lieutenant colonel and two other servicemen in Russia – video

Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) has killed a Rosgvardiya (Russia's National Guard) lieutenant colonel and two other Russian soldiers.

Details: The successful operation took place on 27 September with the support of the Caucasus Liberation Movement.

The three Rosgvardiya personnel were killed on the territory of Russia, near the settlement of Tambukan in Stavropol Krai.

The released footage shows that the strike was carried out using an explosive device triggered remotely.

In particular, a lieutenant colonel of the Russian Guard, who headed the Avangard special forces unit, as well as an assistant officer and a driver, were killed.

The group of the Russians was on their way to a training ground but never arrived, DIU noted.
