In total, over 1,600 criminal proceedings have been registered over attacks on civilian infrastructure.

The Office of the Prosecutor General also stated that it will gradually make public the names of Russian military personnel directly responsible for drone attacks.

"We worked extensively with our colleagues in the intelligence services to collect this information piece by piece. Now we will be naming specific individuals and bringing them to justice in absentia, but I believe it is only a matter of time before they face real accountability," said Yurii Bielousov, Head of the Department for Countering Crimes Committed in Armed Conflict at the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
