Russia attacks Ukraine with 49 drones, 4 Iskanders and 1 Oniks missile: strikes recorded at 6 locations

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 49 Shahed-type and Gerbera loitering munitions and drones of other types as well as 1 Oniks anti-ship missile and 4 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles on the night of 30 September – 1 October.

Details: Early reports indicate that as of 09:30, air defence units had shot down or jammed 44 Russian drones over Ukraine's north, east and centre.
Five Russian missiles and drones are confirmed to have struck six different locations.
The aerial attack has been repelled by Ukrainian aircraft, electronic warfare assets, drone units and mobile fire groups from the defence forces.
