Details: Emergency outages have affected around 50,000 consumers.

Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration has not yet reported any direct hits.

Meanwhile, the oblast is following a schedule of power outages.

Quote: "The principle involves a three-hours-on, three-hours-off system (three hours with electricity, then three without). We are doing everything possible to prevent any additional outages, regardless of the situation.

Moreover, we hope that the outages will be eased, especially when peak hours are over."
