Russia strikes passenger train in Sumy Oblast, injuring dozens

Details: Officials say Russian forces targeted a passenger train operating on the Shostka-Kyiv route.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that dozens of people are known to have been injured. Early reports indicate that employees of Ukrainian state railway operator Ukrzaliznytsia and passengers were present at the site of the strike.
Ukraine's Ministry of Development reported that two strikes had occurred. The first struck a locomotive of the Tereshchynska-Novohrad-Siverskyi commuter train. As people began evacuating, a second Russian attack hit an electric locomotive of the Kyiv-Shostka train.
Some of those injured in the attack have been taken to hospital, while others are in shelters under the supervision of emergency workers.
Casualties have been reported, though the number of injured remains unknown.
Emergency workers, medics and emergency services are currently working at the scene.
Update: The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office later reported that eight people have been taken to hospital. Ukrzaliznytsia specified that three children have been injured.
