The city of Shostka and parts of the surrounding district in Sumy Oblast have lost electricity following Russian attacks on 4 October.

Details: The authorities reported that the Russians had used loitering munitions in the attack, which featured a double-tap strike on a railway station.

Eight people have been injured, specifically three children aged 8, 11 and 14, and five adults. One person is in a serious condition.

The mayor of Shostka said Russian strikes have damaged the city's electricity network, water supply and gas system.
