US President Donald Trump has said that he has to some extent made a decision regarding the supply of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.

Details: Trump emphasised that before making a final decision, he would like to know exactly how these missiles would be used and where they would be directed.
Quote: "Yeah, I've sort of made a decision pretty much."
Details: Trump also added that he would "ask some questions" and that he does not want to "see escalation".
Previously: Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that if Ukraine uses long-range Tomahawk missiles, it will "harm Moscow-Washington relations".
