Ukrainian DELTA system has verified over 130,000 Russian targets hit in two months

More than 130,000 Russian targets, 25% of which are military personnel, have been confirmed destroyed, damaged or killed since the DELTA national military situational awareness system was rolled out across all levels of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over two months ago.

Details: Shmyhal stated that an order requiring the digital command system DELTA to be used at all levels of Ukraine's defence forces gives them a legal foundation for its broad implementation. The system now features expanded automatic reporting and analytics capabilities.
Ukrainian forces are now able to report on targets detected more than 20 km from the line of contact, and additional incentives have been introduced for intelligence officers. New reporting features have also been added for logistics missions involving ground-based robotic systems.
Shmyhal stated that DELTA is increasingly moving towards a data-driven warfare model, in which battlefield analytics and information serve as critical tools for decision-making.
He noted that a series of updates to DELTA's AI-powered auto-detection technology have been implemented. The current version detects 70% of Russian hardware as unique units, with an average detection time of 2.2 seconds. Development of night detection capabilities is ongoing.
Background:
- In August, Denys Shmyhal signed an order mandating the use of the digital command system DELTA at all levels of Ukraine's defence forces.
- Recently, DELTA was used as a core command tool during NATO's REPMUS 2025 exercises. It helped coordinate over 100 unmanned platforms, including maritime, underwater, ground and aerial drones, and demonstrated compatibility with NATO's newest operational standards.
