Part of the Sumy district was left without power on the evening of 8 October due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.

Details: Bilopillia Mayor Yurii Zarko reported that Russian drones had attacked the city throughout the entire day.

Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne Sumy wrote that Bilopillia had been left without power due to drone strikes on energy facilities.
