A nighttime Russian drone attack has disrupted electricity and water supply in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa Oblast.

Quote: "As a result of an enemy drone attack on the city on the night of 11-12 October 2025, some critical infrastructure in the hromada was partially damaged. As of the morning, electricity and water supplies are temporarily unavailable in certain parts of the city." The estimated time for water supply to be restored is 12:30.

Background: On 11 October, emergency power outages that had been applied across all regions of Ukraine following the large-scale Russian attack on 10 October were lifted.
