Russian drone attack disrupts power and water supply in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa Oblast

A nighttime Russian drone attack has disrupted electricity and water supply in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa Oblast.

Quote: "As a result of an enemy drone attack on the city on the night of 11-12 October 2025, some critical infrastructure in the hromada was partially damaged. As of the morning, electricity and water supplies are temporarily unavailable in certain parts of the city." Details: City utility workers and power engineers are carrying out repair and restoration work.
The estimated time for water supply to be restored is 12:30.
Background: On 11 October, emergency power outages that had been applied across all regions of Ukraine following the large-scale Russian attack on 10 October were lifted.
