Emergency power outages rolled out across several Ukrainian oblasts

Emergency power outages were introduced in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk oblasts on the morning of 13 October.

Updated at 09:53: Scheduled emergency outages have also been introduced in Poltava, Sumy and Kirovohrad oblasts, the regional electricity distributors reported.
Updated at 10:07: According to Ukraine's Ministry of Energy, emergency power outages were forcibly implemented this morning in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia (for industrial consumers) and Kirovohrad (partially) oblasts.
In addition, the regional distribution system operator has implemented rolling power cuts in Chernihiv Oblast.

- A large fire is raging in warehouse premises in Odesa Oblast following a Russian drone strike; one person has been injured.
