Russian troops attacked a humanitarian mission of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the Bilozerka hromada in Kherson Oblast on the morning of 14 October. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Prokudin said the Russians deliberately struck four white lorries with UN markings that were carrying humanitarian aid to civilians, using drones and artillery.

One lorry was burnt out and another heavily damaged in the attack. Two vehicles managed to leave the area under fire. No one in the convoy suffered any injuries.
