Russian attack on mine in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: all miners brought to surface

All DTEK miners who were underground during the Russian attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have been brought safely to the surface, with no injuries reported.

Background:

• DTEK reported on the evening of 19 October that Russia had struck one of their coal mines in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
