Emergency power outages introduced in Kyiv and several oblasts after overnight attack

Emergency power outages have been introduced in the city of Kyiv as well as in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts following a Russian attack on the night of 21-22 October.

Background: On the night of 21-22 October, Russian forces attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure. As of 07:00, Russia continues to launch strikes.
