Russians strike critical infrastructure in Kirovohrad Oblast, leaving 19 settlements without power

Nineteen settlements in Kirovohrad Oblast have been left without electricity following a Russian strike on critical infrastructure in the area.

Quote: "Another enemy strike on critical infrastructure facilities in the oblast took place last night. The Novoukrainka district came under the attack this time… Nineteen settlements are without power."

Details: Raikovych added that no casualties had been recorded. Emergency services are working to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
