Quote: "We are experiencing complications in the running of trains in several oblasts due to heavy attacks. We are using combined transport, reserve locomotives and, in some cases, alternative routes."

Details: In particular, the Russians damaged railway infrastructure in Kirovohrad Oblast.

"Fires were promptly extinguished and there were no casualties (as everyone had moved to shelters in time). The track gauge has been restored on both lines. However, four trains travelling across the section with no power were delayed, because they had to use reserve diesel locomotives."

Train services in Kharkiv Oblast are also restricted. Trains to Lozova are running on altered routes with delays. Ukrzaliznytsia is using combined logistics.

Ukrzaliznytsia noted that despite the delays and detours, this service successfully conducted a planned civilian evacuation from Lozova, transporting 19 passengers with reduced mobility, two cats and a dog.

Combined train and bus logistics are being used in Sumy Oblast.

"We ask our passengers to be patient and follow updates on Ukrzaliznytsia's official channels," Ukrzaliznytsia wrote.
