Orbán to travel to US to discuss sanctions on Russian oil with Trump

Hungary's Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó has said that Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and US President Donald Trump will meet next week to discuss US sanctions against Russian oil.

Details: Szijjártó told journalists in Budapest on Monday 27 October that this week, Hungary will assess the "precise legal and physical impact" of the sanctions Trump imposed against Russian companies last week.
Quote: "If needed, the prime minister will be able to personally discuss this question next week in Washington."
More details: Szijjártó added that Trump and Orbán are set to meet in Washington in the second half of next week, but did not specify the date.

- Trump said that Europe must fully abandon Russian oil and gas. Recently, he has imposed sanctions on Rosneft and Lukoil, Russia's largest oil companies, and their subsidiaries.
