Zelenskyy explains how Trump's sanctions will affect Russian oil exports
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that US sanctions against Rosneft and Lukoil will impact Russian oil exports by 56-57%.

Details: Zelenskyy said these sanctions will reduce Russia's oil revenues by at least US$5 billion per month.
Quote: "We believe these sanctions will reduce their [Russia's – ed.] revenue by at least five billion dollars per month. These are not our figures; they have not yet been verified by our intelligence – this is the data I have received from our partners. And most importantly, this US decision will affect oil exports by about 56-57%."
More details: He added that in about a month, he expects to have "a clear understanding, once all the data has been verified and confirmed by intelligence".
The president also noted that a conversation between US President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping could be one of the "strong moves" by the American leader "if, following this decisive sanctions step, China is willing to reduce imports".
In this context, Zelenskyy said "there are signals that India has clearly indicated it will reduce imports of energy resources from the Russian Federation."
