Quote: "The Ukrainian Navy has recently received Combat Boat 90 vessels from Sweden and Norway. These boats were already in service with our fleet, and now their number has increased – a full squadron based on this platform has been formed."

Details: Neizhpapa explained that the CB90 is among the best boats in the world and is used in many countries, particularly NATO member states. These vessels are fast, manoeuvrable and reliable. They are designed to perform a variety of missions, from landing personnel and coastal defence to patrolling and protecting civilian shipping.
Quote: "The boats are equipped to meet the demands of modern naval warfare, and their crews have undergone full training to utilise all the capabilities of this equipment. I personally tested the Combat Boat 90 in action. I am convinced these vessels will become a powerful tool in the hands of our soldiers."
Background: In spring 2025, a commander of a Ukrainian intelligence special unit said that these boats are actively used for reconnaissance, logistical support, landing operations and assisting missions in strategically important directions, particularly on Zmiinyi (Snake) Island.
