Details: Ukraine will share this sanctions list with its partners to ensure joint pressure on Russia. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers (Ukrainian government) has conducted preparatory work to synchronise Ukrainian sanctions with the EU's 19th package and has sent proposals for the 20th, which is being prepared in Brussels.

Zelenskyy said that the priorities of the sanctions policy until the end of the year had been determined at a coordination meeting with the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign Intelligence Service, targeting the Russian tanker fleet, energy companies and businesses supporting Russia's defence industrial base.

He separately thanked Ukrainian servicemen and special services for their "long-range sanctions" meaning strikes on Russian fuel infrastructure:

"There have been more than 160 hits on enemy fuel infrastructure since the start of this year alone, with hundreds more operations carried out directly against their war machine."

Zelenskyy also reported that the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service had prepared the first list of more than 300 children abducted by Russia, with names, surnames and addresses included. This list will be forwarded to partner state leaders to help bring the children back.

In his address, the president also said he had listened to reports from the military on the situation on the line of contact, particularly near Pokrovsk, and thanked the units holding their positions and wiping out the Russians.

Finally, he said he had held several meetings regarding foreign policy activity for next week, which will concern weapons, finance and further integration with the European Union.

"We are working to ensure good news for Ukraine – and it will come. I am confident. We thank everyone who is helping us! I thank everyone who is fighting for our state, for Ukraine, as they would for themselves," Zelenskyy concluded.
