Twenty-two people were injured in Russian attacks on Kherson Oblast on 31 October.

Details: Two people in Kherson Oblast were killed.

Kherson Oblast Military Administration reported that Russian troops had struck critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas in settlements across the oblast, affecting eight high-rise buildings and 15 houses. The Russians also damaged a church, a commercial kiosk, outbuildings, garages, cars and a gas pipeline.
Meanwhile, two people were injured in Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast.
