Quote: "As a result of a strike on a command post of an S-400 Triumf surface-to-air missile battalion at a combat position, a Russian 92N6E multi-function radar and the command post's autonomous power-supply equipment have been destroyed."
Details: DIU added that its specialised personnel also had successfully hit an AORL-1AS aerodrome surveillance radar and a P-18 Terek radar belonging to Russian forces.
Background:
- Ukraine's Special Operations Forces (SOF) earlier destroyed a Buk-M3, the latest version of the surface-to-air missile system, and disabled a Nebo-U radar station in Russia's Rostov Oblast.
- DIU's Prymary (Phantoms) special unit recently hit two 48Ya6-K1 Podlet radar stations and a 9A82 launcher from an S-300V surface-to-air missile system.
