Two civilians walking with white flag and dog killed by Russian FPV drone – video

Russian troops used an FPV drone to attack two unarmed civilians who were walking along a road holding a white flag in the village of Kruhliakivka, Kharkiv Oblast, on 3 November. Both of the civilians and a dog were killed.

Details: The brigade stated that there were no military facilities or positions nearby. The Russian forces deliberately struck the civilians and filmed the attack themselves in order to use the footage in propaganda materials and accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine of carrying out the strike.

The Ukrainian military noted that this incident provides further evidence of the Russians' systemic practice of terror, disinformation and war crimes.
