Details: The Rosneft-owned refinery, which exports most of its output, stopped work the day after the attack due to damage to the port's infrastructure.
Before the attack, Tuapse had been expected to increase its fuel exports in November.
LSEG data shows that three tankers were in the port during the attack, loading naphtha, diesel and fuel oil.
Quote: "As of Wednesday, all the vessels were moved away from the berths and anchored near the port, the data showed."
Details: The Tuapse refinery, which focuses on exports, has a capacity of 240,000 barrels of oil per day. It produces naphtha, fuel oil, vacuum gasoil and high-sulphur diesel, most of which is exported to China, Malaysia, Singapore and Türkiye.
