Details: Nekrasov noted that while the system is gradually stabilising, full restoration will take time.

Hourly scheduled power outages, as well as power restriction schedules for industry and businesses, are currently in place across most oblasts following a large-scale attack on the night of 7-8 November.

Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava oblasts are the worst affected.

Background: On the night of 7-8 November, the Russians struck thermal power plants operated by Centrenergo, a major Ukrainian state-owned energy company, in what was reported to have been the heaviest attack since the start of the full-scale invasion.
