On the night of 15-16 November, a large-scale fire broke out in Sumy Oblast after the Russians struck a residential district.

Although the square metrage of the fire was not specified, firefighters labeled it as large-scale. By the morning, the fire had been extinguished.

It was reported that one person has been injured. Damage and destruction were caused to both a residential area and non-residential buildings.
