Ukraine's Energy Ministry reported on the afternoon of 16 November that Russian forces have again struck energy facilities in Chernihiv Oblast.

Details: The ministry did not specify how many consumers are without electricity.

Background: Earlier in the day, it was reported that a number of settlements in the Nizhyn and Pryluky districts in Chernihiv Oblast were without power following previous Russian strikes.
