Seven regions dealing with aftermath of Russia's large-scale strike on energy: rolling outage schedules in effect

Details: The energy ministry reported that the Russians had once again launched a large-scale missile and drone strike on energy infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy and Donetsk oblasts.
Repair and recovery work is ongoing in all affected regions following the large-scale attack on the energy system.
Rolling outage schedules are in effect across all regions of Ukraine on 19 November. In addition, capacity-limitation schedules for industrial consumers and businesses remain in effect in most regions.
Background: On the morning of 19 November, Ukraine's Ministry of Energy announced the introduction of emergency power cuts across Ukraine following Russia's strike on the energy infrastructure in order to stabilise the power system.
