Russian forces struck port infrastructure in the south of Odesa Oblast on the night of 23-24 November.

Details: Kiper said that the Russians hit some equipment. There are no reports of casualties.
"Fire broke out on a non-operational vessel, but it was swiftly extinguished by firefighters," Kiper said.
Background: Earlier that night, explosions were reported in the Izmail district and the city of Izmail in Odesa Oblast.
