Russian forces attacked the city of Sumy on 24 November, leaving part of the city without electricity.

The State Emergency Service said the Russians deliberately struck firefighters in Sumy.

Quote from the State Emergency Service: "Firefighters arrived at the scene of the strike immediately and began extinguishing the fire.

At that moment, while the firefighters were working, the enemy carried out a repeat UAV attack."

Details: The emergency service reported that the fire engine was destroyed, but all personnel managed to take cover in time and were unharmed.
