Russia strikes energy facilities in Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts, emergency power outages in three oblasts

Russian forces have attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts. Emergency repair work is in progress.

Details: Emergency power outages have been implemented in Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava oblasts to ensure the stability of the power grid.

Quote: "We advise consumers to limit unnecessary electricity use throughout the day, especially during morning and evening peak hours. Doing so helps reduce pressure on the power grid."

Background: Rolling power outages will be implemented in most Ukrainian oblasts on Wednesday 26 November.
