- It was reported earlier that the Octopus interceptor drone has gone into mass production in Ukraine. The technology has been transferred to three initial manufacturers, with another eleven preparing production lines. Shmyhal said Octopus is entirely Ukrainian, developed by the Armed Forces to intercept Shahed-type drones that Russia uses in its daily attacks on Ukraine, and has been proved in combat. It operates at night, under jamming and at low altitudes.
- At the end of October, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the drones in London.
