Russian attack causes blackout in Slavutych

Slavutych, a town in Ukraine's north, has been left entirely without electricity due to a Russian attack.

Details: Power engineers urged residents to remain calm. They will begin emergency repair efforts as soon as the security situation allows.

Background: Electricity consumption restrictions were reportedly implemented in all Ukrainian regions on 29 November.
