Power supply restored for 550,000 Kyiv residents after Russian attack

Power engineers from DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine, have restored electricity supply for 550,000 residents of Kyiv following a Russian attack.

Details: Some residents in the Holosiivskyi and Solomianskyi districts remain without electricity due to damage.
DTEK reports that emergency restoration works are expected to be completed by 14:00.
Background:
- Two people were killed and another 38 injured in the Russian strike on the capital on the night of 28-29 November. Apartment blocks and houses in several districts of Kyiv were damaged.
- As a result of the attacks, half a million Kyiv residents were left without electricity.
