Russian forces have struck firefighters in Kherson as they were putting out a fire at a petrol station.

Details: The Interior Ministry said a Russian drone first hit the petrol station, causing a fire to break out. Firefighters arrived and began to extinguish it, only for the Russians to launch a second drone strike while they were still at the scene.

The ministry noted that the firefighters spotted the drone in time and were able to move to a safe place. They continued to extinguish the fire using an unmanned system.

Early reports indicate that there were no casualties.
