Emergency power outages begin across several Ukrainian regions

Emergency power cuts have been introduced in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts.

Details: As a result of previous large-scale missile and drone attacks, consumption-limiting measures are being enforced today in all other regions of Ukraine.

In addition, on the night of 4-5 December, the Russians attacked energy facilities in several regions.
