Five people have been injured and settlements in the Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts, critical infrastructure and electric transport in Mykolaiv have been left without power as a result of a large-scale Russian attack on Mykolaiv Oblast.

Details: Five people were reported injured in Mykolaiv following a large-scale Russian attack on the oblast.

Three people have been hospitalised – a 43-year-old man, a 48-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl. All are in a moderate condition.

All critical infrastructure facilities are being switched to generators. The authorities have set up 200 invincibility centres. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]

In Mykolaiv, 38 trolleybuses with autonomous power, 38 buses, and 221 private vehicles have been put into operation.
